Mary W. Peterson

Mary W. Peterson died July 3, 2004, in her home in Sacramento. She was 81 years
old.

Born in Sugar Notch, Pa., on Oct. 11, 1922, she lived in Davis from 1965 until
1990, when she moved to Sacramento.

She was preceded in death by her son, David M. Peterson, in 1999 and her
husband, George D. Peterson Jr., in 1989.

She is survived by her daughter, Lorraine Peterson of Sacramento; grandson,
Michael L. Peterson, his wife Kerri and two great-grandsons, Grant and Eric, of
Roseville; grandson, George L. Peterson of Sacramento; and daughter-in-law,
Carmen Peterson of Davis.

In accordance with her wishes, there will be no funeral. A private family
memorial is planned.
