Born on Jan. 2, 1928 in Winters, she was 73 years old. A lifelong resident of Winters, Mrs. O’Neal worked as a sales clerk for Rose Florist for 10 years and was a member of the West Sacramento Moose Lodge. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Pete O’Neal of Woodland; eight nieces and 11 nephews. A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 15, 6-8 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 435 Anderson Avenue. Funeral services will take place at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 15, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Interment will follow at the Winters Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in Mrs. O’Neal’s memory to the Winters Healthcare Foundation, P.O. Box 687, Winters, CA 95694.
