Perazzo pbperazzo@comcast.net July 31, 2004, 12:12 am “Winters Express,” Thursday, June 7, 2001 Wyatta Diane Johnson Wyatta Diane Johnson passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2001, at Mercy San Juan Hospital in Carmichael. A resident of Winters for 57 years, she loved animals and gave food and shelter to all in need, and made ceramics and all crafts. She is survived by her grandmother, Jewel Berry of Winters, parents Lillie and Carl Branscum of Winters, son Paul Orval Fallgreen of Sacramento, brothers Butch Branscum of Winters and Wyatt Linley of Sacramento, sisters, Darlene Linley of Winters and Brenda Webb of Mount Pleasant, Arkansas, grandchildren Alexandra Fallgreen, Samantha, Nathan and Chance Barnette, all of Sacramento, aunt Thelma Mytys of Norwalk, nieces, Sunshine Eddy of Winters and Dawn Edwards of Los Angeles, nephews Michael Ranstell of Melbrea and Justin Linley of Winters. Wyatta was preceded in death by her grandfather, George Berry of Winters; grandparents, Luther and Estele Linley of Sacramento; father, Wyatt Newton Linley of Sacramento; and brother, Steven Branscum of Winters. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 6, at the Winters Cemetery. Donations may be made in her memory to a charity of the donor’s choice.
