Marcos C. Carrasco

Marcos C. Carrasco passed away on Monday, Aug. 28, at Sutter Davis Hospital. 
Born on Feb. 15, 1933, he was 67 years old.

Mr. Carrasco was a resident of Winters, a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church,
and worked for Hunt’s cannery for 25 years.

He is survived by his wife, Avila G. Carrasco; children, Marcos Antonio of
Winters, Veronica of Elk Grove, George of Novato, Polita Gonzales of Winters,
and Rick of Chico; sisters Genoveva Armendares, Socorro Romero and Enedina
Carrasco, all of Mexico and Ramona Abrego of El Paso, Texas; grandchildren,
Jordan, Matthew and Marcus of Winters, Will and Tommy of Novato, Andrew and
Sammy Gonzales of Winters, Eric Roberts of Dixon and Ryan Kobler of Elk Grove.

A rosary was planned for Wednesday, Aug. 30.  A Mass of Christian Burial will
take place on Thursday, Aug. 31 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church. 
Interment will be at the Winters Cemetery.
