Anne Chandon

A funeral will be held Tuesday for Anne Chandon of Esparto, who died Oct. 16,
2002, at Kaiser Hospital in Sacramento with her children by her side. She was 71.

She moved with her parents from Oakland to Esparto when she was 15, and attended
Esparto schools, where she met her husband, Howard Chandon. The couple were
married at St. James Catholic Church in Davis.

Married for 40 years until Howard's death in 1991, they raised five children
together.

She is survived by her children, as well as 11 grandchildren.

The funeral will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. Martin's Church in Esparto. A
reception at the church hall will immediatelyfollow the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the Esparto Public
Library or St. Martin's Altar Society.
