Lyle William Hoernlein died at his home in Woodland Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2005 
at age 99.

Mr. Hoernlein was born in California April 8, 1906. He had been a Yolo County 
resident for 45 years. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He is 
preceded in death by his siblings and one nephew.

Services: Inurnment was at San Joaquin National Cemetery. North Sacramento 
Funeral Home is assisted with arrangements.
