McCuen, Nguyen Thi Hong     
 
April 9, 1935 - Nov. 25, 2005

Nguyen Thi Hong McCuen died in Woodland on Friday, Nov. 25 at age 70.

Mrs. McCuen was born April 9, 1935 in Khanh Hung, Vietnam. She had been a Yolo 
County resident for 25 years. She was a homemaker and self-employed and a 
member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Woodland.

Survivors include Mrs. McCuen's husband of 40 years, Charles John McCuen; her 
daughters, LyLy Cummins, RenŽ Schoefield and Roxann Licke; her son, Charles 
McCuen; her grandchildren, Christopher and Nicole Cummins, Mitchell, Katelynn 
and Emily McCuen and Branden and Jordon Licke; her sisters, Cha, Mai, LyLy, 
Nong and Ngo; and her brothers, On and Hai. She is preceded in death by her 
parents, Nguyen Van Qui and La ba Nguyen. 

Services: Visitation is scheduled from 8 to 9 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2 at McNary's 
Chapel, 458 College St., Woodland. A Mass of Christian burial will be 
celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 301 Walnut St., 
Woodland. Interment will follow the service at St. Joseph's Cemetery. McNary's 
Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
