Feb. 24, 1926 - Nov. 6, 2005

Maria De Jesus Rosales of Winters died in Teocaltiche, Jalisco, Mexico on 
Sunday, Nov. 6 at age 79.

Mrs. Rosales was born Feb. 24, 1926 in Teocaltiche, Jalisco, Mexico. She had 
been a Yolo County resident for 52 years. She attended school in Mexico and 
later worked as a farm laborer and was a housewife. She was a member of St. 
Anthony's Catholic Church of Winters.

Survivors include Mrs. Rosales' husband of 62 years Balbino Rosales of 
Winters; her daughters, Eusebia and her husband Eligio of Winters, Irene and 
her husband Mere of Visalia, Martha and her husband Poncho of Arbuckle and 
Berta of Winters; her sons, Benjamin and his wife Sandy, Manuel and his wife 
Denise, Alfredo and his wife Mindy all of Winters and Gilberto of Dixon; her 
grandchildren, Dolores, Yolanda, Candida, Erika, Cindy, Ben Jr., Tabitha, 
Rosa, Joseph, Alicia, Little Manuel, Breanna, Lisa, Little Freda, Christabel, 
Ponchito, Jesse and Gilberto Jr.; 16 great-grandchildren; her sister, Candida 
of Mexico; her brother, Claudio of Mexico; and many nieces and nephews. She 
was preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Tranquilina; her sister, 
Mercedes; and her brother, Jose.

Services: A vigil is scheduled for 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14 at St. Anthony's 
Church in Winters. A Mass of Christian burial is scheduled for 11 a.m. 
Tuesday, Nov. 15 at St. Anthony's. Interment will be at Winters Cemetery. 
McNary's Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
