Fraser, Elizabeth Frances       
 
Aug. 14, 1913 - Oct. 17, 2005

Elizabeth Frances Fraser died at University Retirement Center in Davis on 
Monday, Oct. 17 at the age of 92.

Mrs. Fraser was born Aug. 14, 1913 to Douglas and Mary (Short) Seaman and 
raised in Edson, Alberta, Canada. She had been a Yolo County resident for six 
years. She was a member of the Sacramento Garden Club.

Survivors include Mrs. Fraser's daughter, Elaine Tillman and her husband Phil 
of Davis; her grandchildren, Ian Tillman and his wife Chelsa of Davis and Jean 
Tillman and her husband Josh Brooks of Huntington Beach; her great-
grandchildren, Max Fraser Tillman of Davis and Joey Brooks of Huntington Beach 
as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her 
husband Donald Fraser; her sister, Elaine King; and her brothers, Waldo and 
Douglas Seamen. 

The family requests memorials in Mrs. Fraser's name be directed to Yolo 
Hospice, P.O. Box 1014, Davis, 95617.

Services: Respecting the wishes of Mrs. Fraser, no services are scheduled. 
Evergreen Funeral Service of Woodland is assisting the family with 
arrangements.
