April 18, 1924 - Sept. 27, 2005

Judy Stroud died on Sept. 27 in Davis. Judy was born Judy Radia Soelberg in 
Clawson, Utah on April 18, 1924. She married Roy Brian Stroud on September 
1945 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Shortly thereafter Judy and Roy moved to 
California. They resided in Woodland since 1956 where they raised their 
family. Judy was an active member of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority. She was an 
expert seamstress and loved to travel. July was devoted to her family. She was 
a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Judy Stroud was preceded in death by her husband of more than 40 years, Roy 
Brian Stroud, and her daughter, Paula Griffith. She is survived by her son, 
Dennis Stroud, his wife, Beth Greenwood; her granddaughter, Olivia Li Stroud 
of Davis; her grandson, Brian Hadley of Woodland and her sisters, Barbara of 
Idaho and Lee of Fountain Valley.

Memorials in Judy's name may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association, 530 
Bercut Drive, Suite A, Sacramento, 95814.

Funeral services will be held at Monument Hill Memorial Park on Monday, Oct. 3 
at 10 a.m.
