No other facts whatever accompanied this statement. Mr. Goyn was a well known farmer at Ni-Wot and a highly esteemed citizen at the time he left this county for the Grand Junction Region. Mrs. Al Titus, Mrs. Wm. Young and Mrs. Oscar Savory are his daughters. Mr. Goyn was about 70 years of age. Additional Comments: Richard Goyn was born 22 Sept 1822, St. Agnes, Cornwall, England to Richard Goyn & Sarah Job. He married 11 Jan 1843 in Quebec, Canada to Catherine Crippen born 7 Nov 1821 in Canada to Ebenezer Crippen & Rebecca Smith. Richard and Catherine are buried Eaglite Cemetery in Collbran, CO.
