    Luise Southern and D. & R. G. R. Rs. in Costilla county, 20 miles
    east of Alamosa. Beautifully situated five miles from the base of
    Mount Blanca. Has an abundant supply of water and good wells can be
    had at a depth of from 4 to 40 feet.
    Population 1,000.
