Delta County Independent Monday August 3, 1964 pg. 2
	Rosary will be recited at 7:30 Aug. 4, at St. Michael’s church for 
Frank Joseph Stark 50 of Peach Valley, who died July 21 at the Veterans 
hospital in Denver.  Mass will be said at 9 a.m. Wednesday.  The Rev. Bernard 
Gillick will officiate, and burial will be in the Delta cemetery with Roberts 
Funeral Home in charge.
	Frank Stark was born Aug. 1, 1913 at Victor, Color to George H. stark 
and Margaret Osterman Stark.  He grew up in this area attending school at 
Reed.  He served in the Armed Forces during World War II and returned to make 
his home in Delta County.  He was a farmer by occupation and had never married.
	Surviving are his mother Mrs. Margaret Stark of Delta, Six brothers, 
John J. Stark of Denver, Henry Stark of Potter Valley, Calif., Mark Stark of 
Pueblo, Mike and George Stark, both of Delta and Joe Stark whose address is 
unknown, four sisters Mrs. Helen Davis of Grand Junction, Mrs. Mary Butler of 
Delta, Mrs. Margaret Hasty of Leadville and Mrs. Lilly Ball of San Jose, CA.  
His father and a brother, Pete Stark, preceded him in death.
