Grand Junction Daily Sentinel Wednesday March 17, 1971 pg. 13
	Delta – Mrs. Margaret Ann Stark, 90 of Peach Valley died about 7:30 
p.m. Sunday at her home.  She had been ill a week.
	A native of Slovenia, Mrs. Stark came to the United States in 1896, 
settling at Pueblo, then moved to Delta in 1923.  She was a member of St. 
Michael’s Catholic Church.
	The former Margaret Anna Osterman, she was born July 19, 1880, in 
Slovenia.  Her husband, George H. Stark, to whom she was married in 1906 at 
Leadville, died in August 1947.
	Surviving are six sons, Joseph, in Oregon, George and Mike, both of 
Delta, Mark of Pueblo, John J. of Denver, and Henry of Ukiah, Calif.; four 
daughters, Mrs. Ed (Margaret) Hasty of Leadville, Mrs. Jack (Mary) Butler of 
Delta, Mrs. George (Helen) Davis of Grand Junction, and Mrs. Richard (Lillie) 
Ball of Fremont, Calif.; 30 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
