H. Faurrell Succumbs to Pneumonia at Globe, Ariz. William H. Faurrell, one of Colorado's pioneer mining men; died at Globe, Ariz., January 21. A sudden attack of pneumonia was the cause of his death. He was born in Vermont in 1848, coming to Colo- rado in 1872, and was very prominent throughout the state in mining circles, his principal operations being in Ouray and San Juan Counties. For some time past he has been interested in Arizona and Old Mexico mining properties. He is survived by a wife, Annie E. Faurrell of 22 West Twelfth Avenue, three daughters and a son, Mrs. W. T. Owen of Los Angeles, Mrs. J. O'Brien of Hong Kong, China, Mrs. G. L. Graunter and William J. Faurrell, both of Denver. Mrs. Faurrell, upon learning of the death of her husband left immediately for Arizona and will bring the body back to Denver.
