Henry Viley Johnson Will Be Buried in Fairmount Cemetery

	Funeral services for Henry Viley Johnson, 78, former Denver mayor, 
county judge, and federal district attorney, will be held in the Oliner Speer 
Boulevard Mortuary at 11 a.m., Friday.  Interment will be at Fairmount Cemetery.
	Mr. Johnson died in his home at 1038 Pennsylvania st. Monday, following 
an illness of pneumonia.  He had been confined in his home for several weeks.
	Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Mary B. Johnson; three sons, Junius of 
Washington, D. C.; Harry of Georgetown, Ky; and Thomas of New York; and one 
daughter, Mrs. Margaret J. Harrison of Denver.
