Smith Falls Forward on the Table as She is About to Name a Trump. Excitement arising during a friendly game of bridge whist last evening in her home at 1004 West Colfax Avenue, is supposed to have resulted in the death of Mrs. Mary J. Smith. As she was about to name a trump, she fell forward on the card table and before her friends could realize what had happened she had died of heart disease. Mrs. Smith was 48 years old and had been a resident of Denver ten months.
