Box 1262, Colorado Springs, CO 80901 Directions: Capps Cemetery is located north of Colorado Springs, CO., on the United States Air Force Academy grounds. Leaving I-25 at exit 150, turn west on Academy Boulevard, go through the south entrance gate of the USAF Academy, follow the road for 2.9 miles, turn west on Community Center Drive for 1 mile, turn right on Capps Drive for 0.2 mile. Stay in the left-hand lane, go behind the buildings on the west side, then turn left on the dirt road for approximately 0.2 mile. Note: because of security changes after 9/11, access to the cemetery may be restricted. Contact the Air Force Academy for more information.
