RAMAH.

    A thriving agricultural town in the northeast corner of El Paso county,
    on the Chicago & Rock Island railroad, 49 miles southeast of Colorado
    Springs. Has a large school house, a church, and a commercial club of
    over fifty members. The land surrounding Ramah is exceedingly fertile
    and well adapted for the growing of all sorts of crops. A productive
    coal mine near the town, and oil and gas are known to exist, the
    development of which is under way. Prices of land are advancing yearly.
    Population 150.
