Anna Blaney, daughter of Pikes Peak Region pioneer parents and an employee for 30 years at the Colorado School for the Deaf and Blind, died at 226 S. Weber Street, Friday. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Miss. Blaney was born March 22, 1900, at Falcon and had resided there and in Colorado Springs all her life. She is survived by three brothers, John Blaney of Granby, Colo., William and Joseph of Colorado Springs; a sister, Mrs. Lucille Williams, Denver, and nieces and nephews. Rosary services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Nolan Funeral Home. Requiem high mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary's Catholic Church, with burial in the Pax Christi Section of Evergreen Cemetery.
