Colorado Springs Gazette January 12, 1917 page 5 column 6
William Bowersock, 51, died at his ranch home near Hanover, southeast of 
Colorado Springs, yesterday. The funeral will be held from the family home at 
11 0’clock this morning. Interment will be at the Chico cemetery. Mr. 
Bowersock is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Holman and Miss Margaret 
Bowersock of Hanover and Mrs. C.S. Kelly of Everett, Wash., and a brother, 
Lyman, who resides at the ranch
