This is a scan of Pete Cozza's Petition for Citizenship, dated 29 July, 1905.  
The original is in the Garfield County Courthouse in Glenwood Springs, CO.

Additional Comments:
Pietro Giovanni (Peter John) Cozza came to the U. S. in May, 1890 with his 
mother, Antonia Vizza Cozza.  His father, Antonio Cozza,
 had arrived in the U. S. about 8 years earlier.
