Additional Comments:
Dr Frank Dulin, son of Robert & Lucy Dulin, was shot while attending an "insane" 
person in police custody.  Frank was the Police Surgeon for the Denver police 
department.  He married Fannie May Carr on 30 August 1884 in Washington County, 
Missouri.  The had one son, Robert Munson Dulin, Sr.
