CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE

I, George W Rose, a Clergyman residing at Denver, in the County of Arapahoe, in 
the State of Colorado, do certify that, in accordance with the authority on me 
conferred by the above License, I did, on the Fourteenth day of October, in the 
year A.D. 188_, at Denver, in the County of Arapahoe in the State of Colorado, 
solemnize the Rites of Matrimony between Mr. James F. Carroll of Golden, in the 
County of Jefferson of the State of Colorado, and Miss Rose Ballinger of 
Golden, of the County of Jefferson of the State of Colo, in the presence of G. 
H. Smith and Linnie M. Rose.  WITNESS my hand and seal, at the County 
aforesaid, this Fourteenth day of February, A.D. 1888.  (Signed) George W. 
Rose, Clergyman.

Indorsement:  Filed for Record on the 17th day of Feby 1888, at 3:30 o'clock
