CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE

I, John Gray, a Clergyman residing at Golden, in the County of Jefferson, in 
the State of Colorado, do certify that, in accordance with the authority on me 
conferred by the above License, I did, on the First day of October, in the year 
A.D. 1883, at Golden, in the County of Jefferson in the State of Colorado, 
solemnize the Rites of Matrimony between Mr. James L. Ballinger of Golden, in 
the County of Jefferson of the State of Colo, and Miss Bessie James of Golden, 
of the County of Jefferson of the State of Colo, in the presence of E. T. 
Osborne and A. B. Baird.  WITNESS my hand and seal, at the County aforesaid, 
this First day of October, A.D. 1883.  (Signed) John Gray, Clergyman.

Indorsement:  Filed for Record on the 4th day of Feby 1884, at 9 o'clock A.M., 
and Recorded in Book B of Marriages, page 60.  (Signed) Al Townsend, County 
Clerk.

I have been unable to find a publication of this marriage record in any paper 
in Jefferson County, Colorado.
