Jim Davenport with his wife, Janie, completely photographed this 
cemetery in early spring 2002.  

This rural cemetery is called Zion E.V. Lutheran (aka Thompson Park) 
Cemetery.  It is located on Highway 160 about two miles east of the 
Montezuma-La Plata County line at the intersection of Cherry Creek 
Road in a grove of pine trees.  Look over the edge of Highway 160 
to the south and you're looking right at it.
