Certificate of Marriage
I Felix Dilly a Catholic priest residing at LaJunta in the County of Otero in the state of Colorado, do certify that in accordance with authority on me conferred by the above Liscense, I did on this 16th day of August in the year A.D. 1911, at LaJunta, in the county of Otero, inthe State of Colorado, solemnize the Rites of Matrimony between Mariano Razo of LaJunta in the County of Otero of the state of Colorado and Petra DeLeon of LaJunta of the county of Otero of the state of Colorado in the presence of Filberto Flores and Juanita Hernandez.
   WITNESS my hand and seat at the County aforesaid, this 16th day of August A.D. 1911

There is a second record of this marriage at church 'Our Lady of Guadelupe'Catholic church- in LaJunta, Otero Co., Colo early record of St Patrick record # 69 This record give the names of the parents of the bride party.

It is written in spanish and states:
Dio 16 mensis Augusto A.D. 1916 o missis 2 bannis, matrimonium injerunt Mariano Razo (groom) ex loco LaJunta, Colo. filius (father of groom) Vincente Razo y(and) Franquilina Perez (mother ), et Petra DeLeon (bride)filia (her parents) Roman DeLeon y (&) Carlota Alvarado.
Testes adfuerunt: (the witnesses) Filberto Flores and Juanita Hernandez
