    industry. Adjacent to an excellent fishing resort. Has up-to-date brick and
    concrete buildings, cement sidewalks. A new waterworks system built at a
    cost of $15,000. Excellent schools and the finest church building in the
    county. Wiley has a bank, newspaper, and up-to-date business houses of all
    kinds.
    Population 300.
    Altitude 3,600 feet.
