HOLLY.

    Growing agricultural town in Prowers county, on the A., T. & S. F. Ry.,
    27 miles east of Lamar. Has a beet sugar factory costing $650,000,
    employing 300 men, with a capacity of 600 tons of beets per day;
    9,000 acres are now planted in beets. Cattle feeding is growing
    into a large industry here. Holly is growing rapidly and has at
    present 1,200 people.
    Altitude 3,300 feet.
