NOTE:  The above information is a transcription of the Mortality schedule 
contained in the 1885 Colorado State census.  

In the original Mortality Schedule, columns were also included for birthplace of 
mother and birthplace of father.  In all cases, these entries were identical to 
the birthplace given for the deceased.  In the interested of readability, these 
were not included above.
