Died near Saguache Dec. 31, 1923, at the age of 16 years, 10 months and 5 days. She came with her family to Colorado four years ago, and to Saguache last summer. Last November she contracted typhoid fever from which she never fully recovered. Her health became so poor that she could not continue her high school work. She was a very bright student and loved by all her associates. At the age of twelve years she was converted and joined the Presbyterian church. Since coming to Saguache she has been, when health permitted, a regular attendant of all the services of the church. Her ideals were very high, and she took great pleasure in her moral and spiritual life. Nina was always an obedient, faithful and loving daughter. She leaves to mourn her loss her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Kimberlin; three brothers, Merle, Ernest and Oler; her grandfather, Mr. K. F. Gregg and the many friends she has won during her brief sojourn among us. Additional Comments: An account of the accident that took Nina Kimberlin's life was published in the January 3, 1924, Saguache Crescent.
