Neville with the murder of James A. Hartsock,who was killed in the Independence depot explosion on June 6. Neville, who conducted a saloon in Independence prior to the explosion in which more than 20 miners were killed and maimed, was recenty arrested at Cody, Wyo., and brought to this city. He furnished a $2000 bond on a minor charge preferred against him and then returned to Wyoming. He will be brought back again if he can be located.
