Originally this cemetery was known as the Pinney family cemetery. The land was donated by E.E. Pinney for the Hope Church (which was never built) and cemetery. The first burial appears to be 1892. The cemetery wasn't used for many years but has had several recent burials. All known graves are marked but several are without dates. There are no known records.
