1921 District 77 School Census, Washington County, Colorado http://files.usgwarchives.net/co/washington/history/schools/1921dist77cen.txt Transcribed from a copy provided by Arlene Glenn glenn@planstel.com June 2007 The Colorado School Census conducted "as of" February 10 each year enumerated all persons living in a local school district ages 6 to 21 and was used by the state to allot the district its fair portion of the state education money budgeted for the following school year. The instructions told the district secretary to list boys and girls on different pages. Students attending school in the district whose parents did not live in the district were to be counted in their "home" district.
