Electric lights, water works, sewer, graded and graveled streets. Five churches, three school houses; temperance town. Seven miles to Greeley (county seat). Eaton has no rival in Colorado, considering size of place, as a shipping point, churches, school houses, public library, fine homes, well kept lawns and sidewalks; in fact, an up-to-date little city.
