A. C. NORRIS DEAD Capt. A. C. Norris, brother-in law of Mrs. W. S. Kearney, was taken seriously ill at his home in Greeley, Colo., on the 15th day of April, and an operation for bowel obstruction took place on the 16th. He seemed to have improved until the 24th of April, when complications set in and on Tuesday, April 26th at 3:30 p. m., he passed away. Burial took place at Greeley after services in the Baptist church of that city. He leaves his widow, who was Jennie Rafferty, daughter of the late W. P. Rafferty of Grinnell and daughter of Mrs. Renna Whitford, of Marinette, and son of Wendell Norris, of Colorado Springs, Colo. Mr. Norris was a veteran of the Spanish-American war, and visited Cascade frequently some fifteen or twenty years ago.
