Harold Thedford HIGGINS was instantly killed in an automobile accident west of 
Eckley Saturday night.  He was born in Eldorado Springs, Missouri, on October 
3, 1922.  When he was a year old he was brought by his parents to their 
homestead south of Yuma.  For a number of years he had farmed near Yuma.  
Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Anna HIGGINS; his father, Harry F. HIGGINS; 
one brother, Doyle HIGGINS of Denver; and three sisters, Mrs. Agnes HIGGINS of 
Elbert, Grace HIGGINS who makes her home with her mother, and Mrs. Roena 
HIGGINS of Yuma.
