Funeral Services wre held at the Yuma Nazarene Church on Monday at 2:00 p.m. 

for Clyde PRICKETT of Eckley.  Rev. Orval GIBSON officiated and the Morris 

Mortuary had charge of the arrangements.



Clyde PRICKETT was born in Yuma County, Colorado, near Vernon on January 30, 

1890 and departed this life at the Community Hospital in Wray on November 16, 

1962, at the age of 72 years, 9 months and 17 days.



He was united in marriage to Neva CAMPBELL, December 20, 1920.  To this union 

six children were born, two of whom preceded him in death.



He spent his entire life in the Vernon and Eckley communities as a farmer.



He was a faithful husband and a loving father to his family.



He is survived by his wife, Neva, two sons, James and Harold, two daughters, 

Nadine and Alice, all of Eckley, a brother, Roy SMITH of Chicago, Illinois and 

a sister, Mrs. Alma HORTON of Lubbock, Texas.



He was a kind friend and neighbor to all who knew him; and devoted to his farm 

life.  He will be sadly missed.

Clyde is buried in the Eckley Cemetery.
