Northrop. The horse, frightened at the collision, started on a run, and was stopped near Philo Clark's by John Carroll, who brought the animal to Newtown. Mr. Pierce, although suffering great pain, was able to walk this village, where upon examination it was found that his should was dislocated. Dr. Judson set the injured member, and the patient was able to be taken to his home on Sunday. Additional Comments: Submitter is not related and has no further information.
