COSTELLO, WILLIAM PATRICK, fireman, first class, United States Navy.
Enlisted: New York, N. Y., July 9, 1915.
Died: Naval hospital, Las Animas, Colo., May 21, 1917.
Cause: Tuberculosis, chronic pulmonary.
    Next of kin: Mother, Hellen Costello, 12 Miller Street, Stamford, Conn.
