Enlisted: New Haven, Conn., May 8, 1917.
Died: Navy collier Cyclops, June 14, 1918.
Cause: On board missing ship.
Next of kin: Grandmother, Jereta Richards, 327 Carroll Avenue, Bridgeport, Conn.
