B, 28th Conn., is reported on the company record by the Adjutant-General of the State, as discharged for disability, Jan. 19, 1863. I find no record of his death, which occurred in Stanwich, but his daughter Louisa is returned by the selectmen, as entitled to the benefit of the "Act for the relief of soldiers' children," in September, 1866.
