Danbury, Danbury Probate District, 1807, #4601:
     Will of Eliphalet Stevens of Danbury, dated Jan. 27, 1807, proved Apr. 3, 
1807: wife Abigail; son Abraham; sons Moses, Eliphalet, Abraham & John; 
daughters Hannah (wife of Asher Morris), Olive (wife of Elijah Morris), Lydia 
(wife of Abraham Oysterbanks; Abigail, the youngest daughter, still single; 
brother Jonathan Stevens to be Executor.
     Distribution June 2, 1807: to widow Abigail; to eldest son Moses; 2nd son, 
Eliphalet; 3rd son, Abraham; youngest son, John; to Hannah, wife of Asher 
Morris; Olive, wife of Elijah Morris; Lydia, wife of Mr. Oysterbanks; Abigail, 
youngest daughter.
     Distribution of dower of widow Abigail Stevens, Jan. 7, 1832: to 
Eliphalet; to Moses' heirs; widow Hannah Fairchild, wife of Abraham Fairchild,
deceased; to Abraham Stevens; to John Stevens; to widow Olive Morris, wife of 
Elijah Morris, deceased; to Lydia Obanks, wife of Abraham; to Abigail Barber, 
wife of Azor K. Barber.
