The breadth is thirty- four rods bounded at the four corners with Stake and Stone; the aforementioned ten acres of lad as it is described: To have and to Hold peaceably and quickly possessing and enjoy unto him the said Nathaniel Harmon, his heirs and assigns forever as his and their proper right of inheritance the ... land together with all the singular ... privileges, profits, accommodations, and appurtenances thereupon as hereunto belonging without any c... hindrances, molestation, or interruption fro us, our heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns or any of them forever; or any other person or persons whatsoever making or claiming any legal right or title to or into any part thereof from by or under us as our heirs, executors, administrators or assigns or any of ... forever. Further the above said John Kent doth by these presents for himself, his heirs, executors, administrators covenant with the said Nathaniel Harmon, his heirs and assigns as followeth: Viz: that I, the said John Kent at the day of the date of these presents and at the time of the sealing and delivery of the same is satisfied in a good, true and careful estate of inheritance in fee simple in the parcel of land hereby sold and alienated and hath good right, full power, and lawful authority to sell and alienate the same to Nathaniel Harmon the said as by these presents he hath done and not only to the said Harmon but also to his heirs and assigns forever and that it may and shall be lawful to and for the said Nathaniel Harmon, his heirs and successors to record and enroll on county to be recorded and entrusted the title and ... of these presents according to the true intent and meaning thereof and according to the usual manner and order of recording and enrolling deeds as evidences in such case made and provided.
