Feb. 17, 1718/9: heirs signed an agreement to take care of their mother, Mary Bronson, for the rest of her life, in lieu of her thirds: Isaac, John, Thomas & Ebenezer Bronson, Thomas Hickox and Stephen Upson, all of Waterbury; Samuel Bronson of Farmington & Richard Bronson of Woodbury. Feb. 17, 1719/20: agreement of distribution: Isaac, John, Thomas & Ebenezer Bronson of Waterbury; Samuel Bronson of Farmington; Thomas Hickox & Stephen Upson of Waterbury, for their wives Mary Hickox and Sarah Upson; Richard Bronson of Woodbury for his wife Mary Bronson.
