Written: February 23, 1718/9

     Feb. 23, 1718/9: inventory of Isaac Bronson of Waterbury.  Land 
included "old town plat lot," "home lot."  Inventory not totalled.
     Feb. 17, 1718/9: heirs signed an agreement to take care of their mother, 
Mary Bronson, for the rest of her life, in lieu of her thirds: Isaac, John, 
Thomas & Ebenezer Bronson, Thomas Hickox and Stephen Upson, all of Waterbury; 
Samuel Bronson of Farmington & Richard Bronson of Woodbury.
     Feb. 17, 1719/20: agreement of distribution: Isaac, John, Thomas & 
Ebenezer Bronson of Waterbury; Samuel Bronson of Farmington; Thomas Hickox & 
Stephen Upson of Waterbury, for their wives Mary Hickox and Sarah Upson; 
Richard Bronson of Woodbury for his wife Mary Bronson.
     Mar. 12, 1719/20: distribution,  To Isaac, part of the home lot & other 
land; to John, a home lot with buildings and five acres; to Samuel, nothing, 
since he had already received land by deed; to Thomas, land, no part of the 
home lot; to Ebenezer, part of the home lot; to Mary & Thomas Hickox, land; to 
Sarah & Stephen Upson, land; to Mary & Richard Bronson, land
