   Feb. 17, 1719/20: agreement concerning distribution of the estate of Isaac 
Bronson of Waterbury: Isaac, John, Thomas and Ebenezer Bronson of Waterbury; 
Samuel Bronson of Farmington; Thomas Hickox & Stephen Upson of Waterbury, for 
their wives Mary Hickox and Sarah Upson; Richard Bronson of Woodbury for his 
wife Marcy Bronson.  
   Mar. 12, 1719/20: distribution of estate.  To Isaac, part of the home lot & 
other land; to John, a home lot with buildings & 5 acres; to Samuel, nothing, 
he having already received land by deed; to Thomas, land, no part of the home 
lot; to Ebenezer, part of the home lot; to Mary and Thomas Hickox, land; to 
Sarah and Stephen Upson, land; to Marcy & Richard Bronson, land.
