Samuel Rathbun billed Town of Colchester for supporting Edward Flanagan, a 
State Pauper about 7 weeks when sick:
   food supplies, wood, soap, tallow, run, wine, 1 sheet, digging grave
   extra trouble in his sickness & at funeral 
   pd Joseph Harris for coffin
   pd Dr. Alpheus Rogers for 3 visits & medicine
