Colchester, Town Meetings, 1702-1829:
   
Nov. 18, 1811   Voted that the selectmen make inquiries relating to the support
                   of Sip Fitch, a Negro, and, if they judge proper, prosecute
                   the heirs of Asa Foot, Esq., deceased, for the maintenance
                   of said Sip
