Will of Nathan Spafford of Lebanon, dated Apr. 17, 1816, proved Apr. 25, 1820: 
to wife Anne, all my estate forever, my children having received their portions.
Sons: Thomas, Ebenezer, Abraham, Royal (sic) & Charles; daughters Anna & 
Susannah.  Wife to be executor.  (Lebanon/Windham 1820: 3497)
     

Additional Comments:
Apr. 25, 1820: Widow declined as executor; Simeon M. Webster & Abraham Spafford 
appointed as executors by the court.  
   Due from Ebenezer Spaffard for use of farm, Apr. 1, 1820-Apr. 1, 1821
   Inventory dated Apr. 27, 1820: included 119 acres of homestead; total, 
$2082.50.
