Will of Hannah Turner of Stonington, dated Sept. 10, 1836:
   to sister Charlotte Bailey, my 6 shares of Mistick Bank stock, worth $300.
   to nephews William Patterson, Joshua Wheeler, William E. Wheeler, Sanford 
Wheeler
   to nieces Dolly Johnson, Charlotte Bailey, Hannah Lumbert, Eliza M. Bailey, 
Nancy Dewey, Lucy Staples, Esther Knapp, Emma Allen
   to my three nieces, daughters of Mary Seymore
   to my niece Lydia Clark's four daughters
   to my nephew Stephen A. Wheeler's eldest daughter
   to my nephew Ira Wheeler's three daughters
   to my nephew Morander Patterson's daughter, Mary Fountain
   to Martha E. Wheeler, daughter of John T. Wheeler
   to Amanda M. Hurd & Aramita A. Patterson
   to Phebe Babcock, Stephen Babcock Jr. & Elias Babcock, children of Stephen 
Babcock
   to Benjamin F. Wheeler, Sanford Wheeler & John D. Wheeler, 1 Bible each
   residue of all my estate to my three sisters: Mary Wheeler, Charlotte Bailey 
and Wealthy Wheeler
   (Note: all the nieces and nephews received silver table or tea spoons)

Inventory: no land

Administrator Joshua Wheeler Jr. gave his accounts:
   Joshua Wheeler Jr. billed estate for boarding Hannah Turner, 1837-1841
   paid Aunt Bailey for taking care of H. Turner 2 years 4 weeks (to death)
   paid Gilbert Cunningham & Co. for silver spoons (Oct. 16, 1841)
   Oct. 16, 1841: paid residue of estate ($52. apiece) to Charlotte Bailey's 
heirs, Mary Wheeler's heirs, widow Wealthy Wheeler

Additional Comments:
Hannah was the daughter of Samuel & Abigail (Dewey) Turner.  She was a school 
teacher in Stonington for many years and is buried in the Stonington Borough 
Cemetery: d. Jan. 22, 1841 ae 62.
